Doing work on your Biggest Possible Future without paying attention to the topic of 'Health' is doing it 'the hard way' and 'swimming against the tide'.
As a coach I always ask my clients about their physical exercise regimen. If they have one, I make sure they enjoy it and don't treat it like another 'to do' list item that they 'suffer through'. If they don't have one, I ask them to schedule time to just move their bodies, get some blood pumping and shift their mood through the powerful, yet legal and naturally produced power of endorphins.
A neglected physical self can cloud judgment and interfere with energy and drive. It can even be misinterpreted as sadness or depression. We're not looking for everyone to be a world class athlete here, we just want to include this important component into our work.
